About the event
The 3rd annual Portland Mac & Cheese Festival, Take-N-Bake Pop-up offers an all-new takeout tasting experience. Due to COVID-19 safety concerns, this year's festival offers guests a cheesy take & bake package loaded with gourmet and scratch-made mac-N-cheese offerings prepared by talented chefs from Portland's popular food carts and eateries.
Take & bake packages will highlight 7 chefs' unique take on America's favorite cheesy dish, along with simple-to-follow heating instructions and a short video, highlighting their recipe.
Mac-n-cheese kits must be heated in an oven or toaster oven, using the instructions in each package. All kits contain 7 mac-n-cheese offerings, good for two hungry people or one VERY hungry person.
